Our client Black and Decker are looking for a Territory Development Executive who will be responsible for driving and delivering sales & raising the in-store profile of the Black & Decker, Stanley & DEWALT brands across both retail & trade channels. You will enjoy the diverse range of responsibilities ranging from Active Selling to Account Management.

  • Responsible for driving and delivering sales & raising the in-store profile of the Stanley & DEWALT brands across all channels.
  • Taking ownership for a diverse range of responsibilities ranging from End user sales, B2B sales, merchandising, training and Account Management.
  • Building strong relationships with key customers to influence availability and visibility of products, gain incremental space and grow product listings in all outlets.
  • Drive end user engagement with both brands through active selling, demonstrations and training.
  • Identify, execute and influence innovative local store initiatives to drive sales through independent distributors and resellers and work with team colleagues to help develop go to market strategies
  • Be the ambassador of all brands by attending & supporting at key national events & supporting the Irish team as required.


As a Territory Development Executive, you will be responsible for selling our client’s full range of products Nationwide. This will entail overnight stays each week a maximum of 3 nights a week. There will also be some weekend work to support trade shows.
