We here at CPM are currently hiring an Operations Director to join our ever growing team.

 

The purpose of the role:

To maintain, grow, evolve and lead a best in class Operational Structure for our Business. Delivering operational excellence in Sales & Service for both CPM and our clients, while continuously looking for the competitive edge.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Office based teams who support CPM Ireland and our Client base. These include Insight Operations, Operational Administration, Tactical Field Sales Execution, HR & Training, Commercial Accounting, Marketing and New Business Documentation
  • Deliver Operational excellence in the support function outputs
  • Continuously looking to leverage technology to automate efforts and deliver augmented results for our clients
  • Identifying Insight to help CPM sell more for our clients is core to our DNA. This individual needs to be very analytical by nature and curious about data – leading their team to be the same
  • Embed lead operational processes to continuously improve our support to CPM staff and clients
  • Embed Client KPI reporting for all clients, ongoing measurement of performance & owning the action plan to re-mediate any gaps
  • Build excellent relationships with clients handlers and clients, meeting them at regular intervals and holding strategic review meetings with clients that demonstrate understanding of client needs & forward thinking to develop clients business potential
  • Continuously understand the competitive landscape and proactively initiate developments to protect our Client & Business/take advantage of same
  • Work with CPM Senior Leadership Team to continuously generate new ideas and ways of working to support continuous improvement for CPM Ireland and our clients

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years senior operational leadership experience in a comparative industry (Agency, Insight, Telecoms, Retail, FMCG, IT, Financial Services)
  • Excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record in managing manager’s
  • This individual has to be extremely Process Driven and have Experience in rolling out Operational Excellence in organisations
  • Very strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis to offer insight into consumer behaviour
  • Excellent negotiator; Financially and commercially astute
  • Excellent presentation, relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent, strategic thinking, critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Must have a level of credibility and presence that matches the senior level of this position
  • Must have potential to move to the next level of seniority
  • Must have a passion for continuous improvement, innovation and success in a Sales environment
