CPM Operations Executive

We have an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced operations team as an Operations Executive. This will be a dynamic role and the successful candidate must have strong administration experience along with excellent co-ordination and organisational skills. The successful candidate with be innovative thinker with excellent time management skills and the ability to self-motivate. The successful candidate must have the ability to show flexibility and adaptability when working on projects often with short deadlines.




– €30,000 DOE
– Company laptop
– Business Hours 9 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday




  • Providing excellent administrative support for general office administration duties inc. post management and answering telephone queries
  • Delivering first class support to senior managers as requested including travel arrangements and diary management
  • To plan and organise company events
  • To utilise the company’s systems and databases whilst identifying opportunities to add value and enhance the service provided to the Client Service team
  • To deliver accurate and timely reports to management on a daily and monthly basis
  • To generate insightful presentations that show results and drive action
  • Support across all aspects of the program operations
  • To resolve any issues in the field within stores and with team members where possible – escalating any issues requiring further action
  • Tracking and support of company assets
  • To co-operate with and assist the rest of the Operations Team to ensure that the Team delivers a first class service
  • To ensure efficient sharing & use of information in order to continually deliver quality service
  • To be a point of contact for field teams
  • To consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers and to always be looking for better ways of working
  • To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager




  • Minimum 3 years in an administrative role
  • Fully proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint and outlook
  • Experience in Microsoft PowerBi preferable
  • Show creative flair with a firm attention to detail
  • Ability to show flexibility and adaptability when working on projects often with short deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
