We here at CPM are recruiting experienced Client Service Managers/Account Managers to deliver best in class field programs for one of Ireland’s most prominent Brands – Diageo. We have roles available to lead our On-Trade and Take-Home Trade programs.


We are currently hiring for 2 roles to lead key CPM Diageo programs:

1) Client Service Manager – On Trade

CPM have a nationwide team of territory managers in the On Trade


2) Client Service Manager – Take Home Trade

CPM will have Sales and Quality Representatives team working nationwide alongside the Diageo Ireland Sales Team in the Take Home Trade


The role of a Client Service Manager is responsibility for the overall performance of the Programs. This includes client relationship, client interface and team performance and all operations associated with the program. Ultimately responsible for the achievement of the Account Key Performance Indicators, ensuring all field activities are performed to the highest levels. Each CSM will be supported by a team of regional field managers to manage, coach and develop a national field team. The ideal candidate will also have extensive experience in Account Management.

  • 2-5 years experience in Client Management 
  • Ability to understand financial aspects of a business and client specific projects
  • Account management skills and experience
  • Project management and implementation experience
  • Field execution knowledge – On trade and THT preferred
  • Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data
  • Ability to drive and manage a highly productive team
  • Strong relationship skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Reporting and insight delivery
  • Effective time management and organisation skills
  • IT skills – Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook essential
  • Sales skills relevant to the marketing industry



  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a services environment
  • Field Marketing execution strategy experience
  • Negotiating skills
  • PowerBi and excel analysis
  • Ability to deliver insights that drive performance
  • Demonstrated Business documentation expertise
  • Leadership experience
  • Current Drivers License and vehicle
  • Retail execution experienced (Take Home Trade CSM)
  • On Trade experience including sales and service support (On Trade CSM)


Communication Skills:

  • Excellent oral and highly developed written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with people from all levels within an organisation
  • Ability to verbally express oneself clearly
  • Solid presentation skills
