We are now hiring a Commercial Refrigeration Engineer on behalf of our client, Diageo. 


The purpose of the role:

The role of a Commercial Refrigeration Engineer is to install refrigeration equipment to deliver a beer quality across their given territory either in a city centre or regional area. The Refrigeration Engineer will also be responsible for servicing refrigeration equipment and responding to breakdowns to ensure Great Looking Great Tasting (GLGT) Beer in every pour.




– £25,000+ per year

  • Install & Maintain refrigeration equipment across the account base
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role and be fully F gas registered
  • Must be competent with refrigeration installation work including service and breakdowns
  • Be able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative
  • Must be available to help operate an out of hours breakdown service
  • Deliver Great Looking Great Tasting (GLGT) Beer in every account
  • Deliver our highly regarded and trusted quality programme



  • Knowledge of the On Trade
  • Passion for the Diageo beer portfolio
  • Refrigeration experience preferred although training will be given
  • Team player – will be a key member of the city team contributing to performance results for total city
  • Full clean driving licence is essential
