We here at CPM are recruiting Nationally for experienced Regional Field Managers (On – Trade) for one of our largest clients – Diageo.


The purpose of the role:

CPM will have teams of Sales and Quality Representatives working nationwide alongside the Diageo Ireland Sales Team.

The role of the Regional Field Manager is to manage coach and develop the team of Sales and Quality Representatives and identifying and delivery of capability and skills training for the team, through in field accompaniments.

It will also involve Working closely with Diageo Sales Manager / Diageo Sales Team in Region to ensure KPI’s / Targets for The Region are achieved and deployment of CPM resources as deemed necessary

  • Build a cohesive and motivated team establishing clear communication channels with The Client
  • Coach and train Sales and Quality Representatives to develop into high performing team
  • Provide Leadership direction for all the team to exceed targets and objectives
  • Ability to communicate with people from all levels within an organisation
  • Achieve agreed objectives across all Key Performance Indicators
  • Collate and present daily, weekly and monthly reports on sales activities
  • Work closely with Own Team and Diageo to identify and exploit business growth opportunities

  • Full driving licence is essential
  • Proven 3-5 years Field Management experience in a similar role
  • Technology Competent with CRM Systems and Analytical Tools
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Organised and can manage a host of priorities
  • Creativity and good commercial awareness
  • Understanding of Margins and Return on Investment
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
