You will provide the client with a responsive yet cost effective support service through the supervision and control of the Operational processes, reporting, assets and team; You will be responsible for improving and developing operational services in order to deliver a high quality service to internal and external clients within agreed Contract Operations standards and procedures. You will own overall reporting and data insight responsibilities for the client and CPM stakeholders.


•To utilise the company’s systems and databases whilst identifying opportunities to add value and enhance the service provided to the Client Service team.
•To deliver accurate and timely reports to management.
•To generate photo presentations on PowerPoint.
•General administration duties, including mail outs and regularly updating contact lists.
•To co-operate with and assist the rest of the Operations Team to ensure that the Team delivers a first class service to the rest of the business and clients
•Provide effective communication routes between CPM departments, field staff, Clients and CSM’s to ensure efficient sharing & use of information in order to continually deliver quality service.
•To generate new ideas and ways of working
•To be the point of contact for the client’s field team.
•To consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers
•To demonstrate foresight in planning field activities/schedules
•To take responsibility for the account in tandem with the relevant CSM/FSM
•To deliver creative, accurate and insightful client reports when required of field activities.
•Provide effective communication between CPM, the Client and the Field ensuring the correct operational departments are fully briefed in time to be able to deliver the services required to fulfil the client’s objectives and maximise profitability to CPM
•Achieve agreed objectives across all Key Performance Indicators;
•To maintain all Client/CPM standards and policies
•Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your manager


•Fully proficient in MS Office applications
•Previous high level reporting experience is essential
•Proven track record of problem solving skills with an innovative approach
•Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills with a strong support focussed approach
•Excellent Organisational Skills
•Flexibility & Adaptability
