At CPM we are currently looking for a Recruitment Intern (Unpaid) in our Head Office in Dublin

CPM have 35 office staff based in our headquarters in Dublin and have a further 500 staff members working on client site and in the field.


We work in an open plan environment and do not have a strong hierarchy culture. We work as a team and interact with all the departments. We have a business casual dress code and work in a modern building.



  • CPM is Ireland’s leading field sales and marketing company. We drive sales for our clients in Ireland including; Diageo, PepsiCo, Britvic, eir and Dog Trust to name a few. We are part of the Omnicom group and we have 35 offices globally
  • The candidate will be working closely with the Recruitment team at CPM
  • This will be a varied role with excellent support for the successful candidates


Tasks could include, but won’t be limited to:

  • Collating all documents required for each hire – driver’s declaration forms, criminal self-declaration forms, passport/GNIB card, driver’s licence photos, p45’s & attached to the candidate file on our ATS
  • Collecting of references for new hires
  • Refreshing all job adverts each Friday
  • Uploading CVs to the relevant role on ATS
  • Creating weekly Jobs report (pulled from iCIMS) on Friday morning including the link of the roles.
  • Working on Christmas Ramp up project for our biggest Retail client, Britvic
