We here at CPM, are currently hiring a Field Sales Support Manager to join our team. This role is based in Dublin. 


The purpose of the role:

The main focus of this role is to provide the Tactical Team, CPM Management, and CPM’s clients with a responsive planning, admin and logistics service delivering best in class. The Role Holder will be a champion for the CPM values of Freedom, Integrity, Excellence, Respect, and Innovation at all times, both internally and externally with the Clients, whilst delivering on-time and professional presentation of designated operational activities. The successful candidate will report into the Operations Manager.



– €34,000 per year plus €4,000 bonus based on performance



  • Manage, lead and oversee the Tactical Operations Function
  • One direct office report – operations executive
  • One Tactical field manager
  • 3 full time tactical field executives
  • Circa 20 part time tactical representatives
  • Recruitment and development of all direct reports
  • Liaise with the wider Operations Team to ensure that the Tactical Team delivers a first-class service to the rest of the business and clients
  • Ensure Tactical Teams compliance in reporting requirements
  • Allocate / change resource requirements dependent on Clients /Business needs
  • Provide effective communication routes between CPM departments
  • Utilise the company’s systems and databases whilst identifying opportunities to add value and enhance the service provided to the Client Service team
  • Deliver accurate and timely reports to management as required
  • Generate photo presentations on PowerPoint
  • Generate new ideas and ways of working focusing on efficiencies
  • Be a point of contact for the CPM CSM’s for resource allocations


Required Experience & Competencies



  • At least 2 years’ experience in an operations / administrative or similar role
  • Prior experience and proven advanced ability in Microsoft Office software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)


  • Ability to understand financial aspects of a business and client specific projects
  • Ability to drive and manage a highly productive team
  • Ability to operate and excel in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Good understanding of Geography of Ireland
  • Previous experience in IT, operations, reporting, administrative role
  • Strong written, verbal and phone communication skills
  • Initiative and ability to perform independently and without direct supervision
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong relationship skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Reporting and insight delivery
  • Effective time management and organisation skills
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and project success

  • Ability to verbally express oneself clearly
  • Ability to communicate and present material in large scale public forum
  • Email and phone communicative skills are paramount
